In my free time, I love watching sports, going to the lake with my family, traveling, and spending time with my friends!

I graduated from the Advanced Massage Therapies program at Wellington College in 2021. I have enjoyed learning osteopathic assessment and therapeutic massage for various musculoskeletal dysfunctions. I also have training for Swedish relaxation massage, cupping and visceral massage.
